Spider Lollipop Tutorial

No Spiderman party can go ahead without real spiders crawling all over the place. This tutorial will show you how to make scary lollipop spiders for the little superhero's to catch and eat.

You will need the following:

3 black pipe cleaners (from any craft store)
1 Lollipop - prefably red
1 set of googly eyes
glue

The first thing you do is take three pipe cleaners and find the middle of them. The middle of the pipe cleaners will be set at the base of the lollipop. Then, wrap the pipe cleaners around the stick two or three times. The picture above shows you what it should look like at this point.

Next, you will want to bend the pipe cleaners to create the “knees” and then the little feet. It should just stand up on its pipe cleaner legs at this point. If not, you can just adjust them slightly until they do stand up.

The final step is to hot glue the eyes onto the thick part of the pipe cleaners.
