It is party time. I need
to order a cake but how would I know what size cake must I buy or bake?
An easy guide would be to
choose a 20cm diameter cake for 10 people. Sometimes you get shops or bakeries
that will bake you a full sheet cake. This will be enough for 80 people.
If you order a cake from a
shop or bakery – always try and taste their cakes before the time or get a
reference. You don’t want to get stuck with a dry sponge cake!
Remember not to buy the
cake to long before the time… As this will call the cake to dry out!
